Description:
Fraternitas is a matte porcelain sculpture handmade through a completely artisanal process. It's a creation that symbolizes respect, collaboration, and trust. It's a hymn to all that makes us human, binds us together, and offers hope for a better future for everyone. A girl and a boy, modeled with great realism and attention to detail, hold the globe together. The word 'friendship' is inscribed in various languages from the five continents, highlighting the universal nature of the message conveyed by the sculpture, a desire for hope and solidarity expressed through porcelain. Fraternitas is a creation that holds significant aesthetic value. Its composition is balanced, both in form and color, and the choice of matte white porcelain enhances the sculptural work. In addition to its meaning and aesthetic value, with this sculpture, we celebrate 20 years of collaboration with the NGO Operation Smile, which has brought smiles back to children worldwide. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of Fraternitas will go towards funding Operation Smile's projects dedicated to providing free cleft lip and cleft palate surgeries to children in impoverished communities worldwide. Since its foundation 42 years ago, Operation Smile has improved the lives of over 400,000 children born with significant facial conditions. Join us and help us bring smiles back to many children who still need it.
